Review on Safefood 360 by Eric Ross

The customer support is outstanding and I have never had a question answered in a slow manner or one that was not relevant. We are an FDA regulated company, and Safefood has been a game changer for us. It’s been a long time coming but the time is now. I have been a huge fan of Safefood since they started. The platform and the people are top notch. I would love to have more customization and access to more information. It is a little tricky at times to access certain data points, but the customer support is quick to respond and help. In addition, I have been very impressed with the number of clients who are now using Safefood.
