Sorry, but the product I received appears to be counterfeit. It's either that or the vault has been compromised. The pads were deformed, all sizes were different and they are not as hard as I remember. I rubbed them a little and they started shedding a lot of powder. I compared the outer packaging to filters from the same brand as mine and noticed that the colors are slightly different. The colors in the packaging of this product have faded. I refuse to use this and I will have to throw it away. I usually buy products for my pet from a local pet store, but I took a chance during the epidemic. Buyer Warning.
