Elite Gourmet Food Dehydrator works great! It doesn't take up much counter space and provides quick drainage. I really liked how the trays "nested" inside each other for a secure stack. I like the temperature controller, the fan to circulate air through the product. The device is easy to clean and store! I noticed that the temperature controller has temperature ranges but no specific settings. The light that the device displays is easily mistaken for a temperature gauge. The trays can almost be stacked anyway, but they align with the tabs, so flipping them over isn't an option. Overall, the device offers an excellent balance of price, size, and performance. I highly recommend
