After a short time we are very satisfied with the stove. Black Bean Soup will cook within 10 minutes after finding the crate by the door. The item looks high quality. The insert is strong and looks like it will stand up to cooking and cleaning on the stovetop. The lid fits better than any of the 2321 other pots we tried. It has an excellent seal with a vapor hole. Ideal. The best part is the flexibility of management. Here you can not guess or rely on the bank. Set the time and heat level and the digital display shows you exactly where you are. The unit heats up evenly and appears to be properly calibrated in terms of setting to match the heat. The soup was excellent. You won't find a better teapot for the price. Buy one.
