First impressions of this product were positive - the box felt heavy and solid. Good start. I was worried it would be light at this price but it is very good quality. When I unboxed it I was more impressed with the thickness and quality of the parts. Then. I've seen the "reverse" build that others have been talking about. Okay it took me a few minutes to see the problem and figure out the solutions with the only guide to make it look like the picture. There are no instructions for this, but there should be because the "upside down" legs were intentional. If assembled correctly, each block would require a box nearly twice the size. So pay attention to the manufacturer, we agree to a discount on delivery, just add a note to the package explaining this. Anyone mechanical enough to need a bike stand is mechanical enough to get this done in a few minutes without instruction. never mind This device is well made and very profitable.
