I purchased a 12V 100Ah Lithium Battery w/Self-Heating Function. I installed it in a camp trailer and charged with shore power for over a week. The first time using it on the third night out camping the battery went completely dead during the night. I was able to turn it back on with the activation switch and charge it with a generator. After about 4 more days when I was back home it went completely dead again. It took 44 days to receive a replacement battery from the time I first called Renogy customer service. I only got a recording at customer service. I purchased the battery in part because I had a good experience when I purchased the solar panels and controls from Renogy several years ago. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their technical support is hard to reach and extremely difficult to work with.
