I like that it helps you to focus on your business, not how to use this software. I feel it is an excellent tool for all businesses! Nothing at this time. I would recommend Reach to any business looking to have more sales, increase customer engagement, improve productivity and profitability. As with other applications like Reach, we can see how many people access our page, open links and see what pages they go on. It has helped us to create awareness of our business and website through social media postings. I like that you can create and use templates to help with recurring tasks. I do not like that it is very difficult to get started using this software. The tutorials are hard to follow. You need to know how to code in order to utilize this software. I am creating surveys for my church and other organizations. This makes it easy to set up and customize. It has also helped reduce our response rate by 50%.
