I like that it is easy to use with no technical skills needed! It's free so there isn't anything bad about this product other than having an option available if they want more features down the road (or not).

The customer service has been great as well - quick response time when we have questions/concerns. We can reach out directly via email without any problems at all. You get what you pay for but overall their support staff does everything possible to help us solve our needs quickly & efficiently!!
