I like how easy it is to use for my small business. There are some features that aren't easily accessible from mobile devices such as scheduling appointments or making notes. This makes it difficult to access the app when away from home if I want to make changes to an appointment or note. It's also not very user-friendly with regards to creating reminders in advance.
