It is a perfect replacement for the original 300W power adapter.

I upgraded my Shuttle PC to work with a more powerful graphics card. It is a perfect replacement for the original 300W power adapter. At first I thought it wasn't. I have a 4 pin ATX power supply that my motherboard requires but it does the trick. It has an 8-pin connector that splits into 2 4-pin connectors. Very happy with it. Lots of stable power and very quiet.
