Good construction. Seems well done. I only received it at the end of the season, so I can't comment on durability. The design is missing. Firstly, it's black, which I expect gets very hot in the sun. It looks good, but in hot climates a light-colored case would be more practical. Second, it's too short. As a result, it is difficult to securely fix it. I leave it on while driving to protect it from road dust etc but I'm always afraid of losing it on the road. This is a soft case that offers protection from dust, rain and sun. It offers somewhat but less protection from rocks and gravel. I've only had the trailer a few times since I got it, so I can't say it's necessarily a problem. This may not be the case as I wasn't expecting the rocks to be thrown at an angle to hit the jack head it's sitting on. Price. In my opinion, it's overpriced given the design upgrades needed. Result. In general, I rate it as acceptable. I think it's important to protect the top of the socket, the build quality is good, I haven't seen a better coating. So I recommend biting the bullet and buying it. Just make sure you secure it securely before you travel.
