Having just the right AB chips to create the opal gemstone effect is a must. I've searched long and hard and these are the best of them! As you can see in my video, I apply these highlights along with a very thin coat of holographic gel polish. You get an amazingly realistic look. I start with a milky opal white base and then add some gold chips. Then I apply another milky white layer with a few splashes of turquoise and opalescent chips on top. The third layer is a transparent base with a small amount of holographic glitter. I then apply a clear top coat, let it dry and then buff my nails before applying the final clear top coat. I hope this inspires some of you to create a new image.
