Works well for what it is. But since it's so small, I didn't think it would put out that much bass. I wish there was a way to adjust the bass output. It's really too much in my apartment. It's pretty silly that high-end audiophile gear like this doesn't have an equalizer or a way to customize the sound. I've had it for a few years now and it still works well. I usually leave it on at a classical or jazz (less bass than rock) radio station for days or weeks when I'm out of town. No questions.
