Need tech support for In-Dash Navigation

That was the coolest stereo ever. It exceeded my expectations. And then after 2 weeks it just stopped working. I only see a blank black screen. He does not answer. The lights come out on the backlit screen. This would get a full 5 stars from me if it worked now, I'm just disappointed and upset that I have to return it. Maybe someone could help me how to fix this. Then I can give him the five star rating he should get when he works.
