Variety pack - all mismatched sizes

This variety pack purchased with Dabpress mold 2 x 4.37 micron is 2-1/8" wide 90 micron is 2-3/16" wide 120 micron is 2-1 1/4 Inch 160 micron width equals 2 inches. After pressing into a 2x4 dabpress mold, which actually measures only 1-9/16 x 3-3/8, there are large gaps on the sides where rosin collects. What am I missing? does that make sense to anyone?
