
Let me start by saying there is no jam anywhere in my house, we don't make jam! These jelly bags are ideal for squeezing liquid from veg into the "dry" outlet of our juicer. Since there is always too much liquid left in the pulp, we don't throw the pulp away, we put it in the jelly to maximize the juice yield. This liquid is so rich in nutrients that there is no point in wasting it. After the first pressing, the pulp is put into a blender with some reverse osmosis water and processed into more juice. The mixed mixture is also processed in rubber bags.
