These are knife sharpeners (not the store type sharpening wheels) but they sharpen fairly evenly but not as well. The cord storage is inconvenient to use (you wrap the cord in a round slot at the bottom). Ease of cleaning is the plastic basket that tries to scrape the debris from the steel grinding chamber. More coffee will stick to plastic than steel alone, and the camera is easier to clean without plastic. It grinds up to 3-4 ounces at a time.
