Received this with no instructions. Very disappointed. After spending a lot of time asking questions trying to figure out how to wire it, searching the internet etc, I finally figured it out. Made a few quick test calls. What a waste! An extremely loud hum can be heard on the recording and soft voices can hardly be made out in the background. If I hadn't joined the conversation I would never have been able to understand what they are saying, they are so quiet and masked by a loud hum. The volume was turned all the way up. I've used it with a Panasonic cordless phone and a Sony digital voice recorder - both work great when used alone without the device. I was impressed with the lower price of this device, but no more. This is a waste of money and time, I will return it for a refund but unfortunately I cannot recoup the time spent on this.
