I cut 3/16 inch aluminum sheet. It's a good hole saw, but the notches are cut incorrectly - no material is wasted. So I have to stop after about two turns with the saw to knock the aluminum dowel out of the hole. It's also always the same dimple. I marked it and yes it's the same dimple every time. In these indentations the material will come out. (seems easy to me). I've tried slicing butter (normal) and drying it (to see if the butter makes it stick), with the same results. I also tried graphite and paraffin. I'll need to cut a notch so it works like a hole saw.
