Lasts about a week! Would be the best product ever!

This would be the best product ever... if it lasted more than a week! It was very easy to install, it fit perfectly, fixed the camera in place, but it literally fell off after a week. It was compatible with my otter which was necessary. I'm just disappointed that it didn't last more than a week.
