I bought 2 cartridges. One color and one black. The black cartridge didn't work in my printer, but the color cartridge worked fine. I tried to get a replacement from Coloretto, but a few emails later, after requests for order documentation and a picture of the non-working printer notification screen, Coloretto said they couldn't replace the black cartridge and sent it to Revain had to be returned has kept me out of work while waiting for a solution to my defective cartridge issue.
