In response to my initial review below: I received a brand new batch immediately which I was very impressed with, along with an email with the download accompanying our purchase was delivered. Unfortunately the black was still broken into pieces but I was very happy with the customer service. First Review: I'm not sure if it's the product or the packaging, but part of our order broke. Unfortunately, the colors that spilled were my son's favorite colors, black and blue. (What are the chances of that?) 3 colors are said to glow in the dark, but we could only find 2 of them. (Not a big deal to us, just not 3 as described. It looks like the ones circled in black should glow, but only our blue and green glow, not yellow.) We tested all the colors just in case. I'm trying to add an image but I can't for some reason. We also did not receive an email to download the book.
