Review on ShopSeries RK9011 3 5 Amp Oscillating Spindle by John Brazington

I bought it on 03/21/2011. When I opened it, one of the rubber feet was missing. I called customer service and they referred me to a service center where they said it would be two weeks before I received the part. Not wanting to wait two weeks, I braced it with a rubber washer I had at the store. Next thing was that the inserts were too thin for the groove around the spindle and when you tried to grind small bits they wobbled around the hole. With the help of two layers of tape, I was even able to lift the inserts with the tip. started smoking. Was able to return to Revain.com within 30 days as per return policy. Please don't waste your money. You get what you pay for.
