Since there is no 2.5 I round up. Pros: The side (short) door can be switched depending on the position of the drawer (it's on the left in the promotional image, I chose to put it on the right, which I was glad I could do). The double door side can't be switched to the other side, but that doesn't matter as the side door can be built on either side, making this switch a silent point. I like the extra stripe on the side of the double door. You can open them normally (first picture), but they have a wooden slat that allows you to open a full door that is flush with the short sides, creating a larger opening (second picture). Cons: Bars are useless. If you want your dog's anti-anxiety crate to be right next to your sofa or table, or available as a "cave/hiding place" concept that creates its own space, this will work. When I tested the clasps on my dog, she was able to figure out how to open them within half an hour. This is not a puppy training cage or a Houdini dog cage. Many of the pieces were scratched, and there was a noticeable tear on one side that I just glued together. Maybe too lazy to think, but I thought the scratches would still be there and that's why I won't try to return it. As per other reviews, the tray is much smaller than the girth. I was aware of that when I bought it, but if I had known how small it actually is, I probably would have gone ahead. Finally, the wooden board that hides the tray doesn't attach or even fit to anything, so I think it looks better without it. The idea of having a drawer that looks better than a wire drawer is attractive, but once assembled (with terrible instructions - luckily I have enough furniture to go with the flow) it's not worth the price. As with the other reviews, use gorilla glue to keep it from falling apart and understand it probably won't box for long. Finally listen to other reviews! I didn't take her seriously enough. None of these seemed too important to me to deter me from buying the product but all in all it's not worth it and your money can get you a better product that actually works the way the box is intended to be used.
