Copied below from another review and had the exact same issue. Useless customer service that takes forever at your expense. They ship a defective item and expect you to ship it back to them at your own expense. Don't waste your time and money, find another product. The audio from a speaker that worked was average at best. The connector that powers the LED lights is too large to be hidden in the boat's wake unless you plan to mount it outside. "I don't usually complain about product websites. I bought this item about a week ago. I received the item and installed it on my boat only to find that one of the speakers was not working. The tweeter worked but the main speaker was defective. I contacted Revain with my issue and being a 3rd party this caused another problem. Dealing with the seller and Amazon was a big disappointment. I had deadlines to get and install my entire stereo system. I have a big weekend planned for July 4th. This left me with no costs and no timely replacement to complete the stereo system. Please don't waste your time buying this item. The seller sent an email through Amazon stating that the manufacturer had a known defect with the speaker and LED combination. I was asked to replace it with a Kicker Brand product to buy the same speaker without the LED. Believe me this is a terrible purchase. Seller needs 3-5 days to test the defective item. You will need to request an RMA to ship it back to Audio Savings and then ship it via UPS. Then their review timeline, then send you the results of their discovery and give you a replacement or refund. This is a major headache and if you are short on time, do not purchase this product. The price was pretty cheap, I think that should have been my first indication of quality. I'll probably have to figure out how to separate the speaker from the case and buy the speaker from Fry, Best Buy, or Academy. Just be forewarned and when you make your purchase know that you are receiving a defective product that Amazon cannot help you with. So I warned you!
