I teach high school math and this is a great pencil sharpener! It wasn't cheap, but it was definitely worth it. Good qualities: Pencils are always properly sharpened. Children can't easily sharpen other things, crayons stick it together. It doesn't stay attached to my desk/desk. The handle does not rotate in the way children expect. The shaving drawer slides out easily, so kids sometimes knock it out. Five Star Product. It's quiet, my kids use it all the time, it holds up and does its job phenomenally well.
