Ordered 3 times from Safavia. I ordered a retro collection. I love the carpet design. My most recent purchase was a 4x5 rug. Huge rug! On the day of arrival we unrolled it to smooth out the creases in the carpet. The next day I noticed something in the middle of the black and gray carpet, it was a tangle of bright red fibers. I kept looking and found two more clumps. I have emailed Safaviya. They said it was not their problem and I would have to take it up with Revane! There were no suggestions on how to fix this. It's too big to return, but I would if I could. One star for bad customer service!
