This board actually has more uses than just dancing or skating
Bought one of these for my daughter who is a gymnast. You might be wondering why since no one spins on the gym floor, but the plank is actually great for improving overall balance and building those core muscles. She likes it because it doesn't feel like a workout or a job at all. She just thinks it's a lot of fun. I would advise people who have an athlete in their family to think outside the box, develop "tools" and give this board a try. Quality and price are also right. I'm very happy with it!
