What I like: It makes storing unused pancake batter easier, weekends are usually pancake days for me and I'm a childless widower so it's easier and less wasteful to put the lid on and stick it in the fridge as plastic wrap. I can see where it would be good for waffles as well, so next time I use it I'll try it with brownies in a waffle maker. What I don't like: Everything that goes into pancakes is bright, like the measured markings on the bottle, contrasting colors would be nice. The bottle itself is a bit big so it doesn't fit in the top rack of the dishwasher as easily as it should, and an inch shorter has less capacity but is easier to fit in the dishwasher. The pancakes didn't turn out as light and fluffy as when I make the same recipe by hand, maybe I just need to let the batter rest a bit before baking, so we'll see with tomorrow's pancakes.
