Review on Unleash High-Performance with AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT Processor & Wraith Spire Cooler by Soo Chang ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I recommend to buy, the product is of high quality.

It is assembled with RX 580, goodram irdmx 16GB memory overclocked to 3333MHz and all this in a gigabyte ab350m d3sh v2 budget motherboard. 1700 points in cinebench R15 and 3750 points in r20 + no need to dig and find the best memory with the best chips. A universal thing for games and 3d modeling for reasonable money.

Pros
  • 1) Large amount of L3 cache. Thanks to him, Ryzen finally does not depend so much on RAM than previous generations. 2) Quite a strong increase in performance per core even when compared at the same frequency with Ryzen 1-2 generations. Now 6 zen2 cores outperform 8 zen gen 1 cores. 3) The maximum frequency of the processor out of the box. 4) Unlike a competitor, this processor fits into its thermal package even with a turbo core (an analogue of turbo boost from Intel).
Cons
  • 1) It follows from the plus: no overclocking potential. 4.2 GHz across all cores is the maximum for most gems with adequate voltage. After this threshold, every 50 MHz are given with great difficulty and a strong voltage surge, and therefore a large TDP. 2) Many people complain about overheating. Unfortunately, yes, the situation with the heat sink is difficult. The fact is that the CCD crystal (all computing units, cache, etc. are located there, see photo) has a very small area: 72 mm² versus 151 mm² for the Core i7 8700, besides, the Ryzen CCD is located in the upper left part of the processor. Because of this, it is not easy to remove heat from such a small area, and besides, when the crystal is not in the central part, to put it mildly. Therefore, it is better to buy a CO with a dissipated TDP ~ twice the declared one (Gammax 300 will do just fine).

Got pros: In turbo boost mode, it easily overclocks itself to 4100. 32mb level 3 cache is a colossal performance for the money. Has some cons I like everything, it works great even with a cheap gammax 400 above 50C it does not heat up

Different pros: a large number of cores for your money Has cons: It burned down after 4 months of use, and the mother, opera and bp are in order.

Pros: Powerful and cheap for such power With its cons. proca legs are easy to break
