Review on GEARWRENCH 35 Piece 1/4 Inch Drive MicroDriver Set - The Ultimate Toolkit for Precise Projects by Eric Williamson

I ordered this tool after looking at the overall ratings and comments from colleagues at Gearwrench. I was looking for a tool for tight spaces, bikes, etc. The 1/4" hex drive head literally fell apart in my hands the first time I tried manipulating the ratchet. I noticed stiff and not so smooth operation on both ends before contacting Gearwrench's parent company, replacements were dispatched within a week to ten (ten) days. The spare key was also stiff and not smooth. I lubricated both ends with a good cross country bike chain lube works much better. Haven't tested it in real life yet. Hope it lasts and I can come back to this review with more positive comments. Anyone who buys this set should lubricate and clean first. Check the ratchet function on both ends before you start. The balance and finish of this pen is very pleasing.
