The support team are always quick with responses! I love that you can login from home but also have access when travelling if needed (especially useful in Australia). Sometimes it's difficult finding time/energy during my day job or personal life commitments, which has lead me into missing some training sessions - this could be improved by adding more flexible options such as video calls so we don't miss out certain trainings due to work hours etc. It would help us improve our service offering too, especially around nutritional counselling services where there may not be enough availability at times of peak demand i.e students having exams / holiday periods; however these things do happen sometimes regardless of how well planned your platform might seem like they will never occur!! We're looking forward to using zoco nut even further once integrated fully into website design next year.
