Works great for keeping my barn door in alignment
I had to use a spacer in my door configuration for the top track although the trim still needs to be removed to install this track. So just something to be aware of depending on trim level, preferably on a door with no trim. But in the end I like it. My door actually closed before and after this setup it no longer does as it has enough rolling resistance to prevent it from rolling back.
