Bad quality: Oil filter

A leak appeared after about 2 months. The car was not driven much. The RMPs went up to 4000 intermittently. Upon removing the oil filter housing, I found that the gasket had compressed. It's also possible I didn't realize it wasn't tight when I installed it. I saw that the seal had come loose (twisted) on one side, causing excessive leakage.
