Defective. unusable. Low quality. Deficit. Terrible. Disappointing. Oh, and not 16 inches. I have bought 6,000 lb capacity carts to move a 3,000 lb sports stroller. Under load, the wheels immediately began to sag under the weight. It's impossible to move around without a lot of effort, first using the lever to force each wheel to align and then having a couple of people push the car. It easily took 20 minutes to rock the car and 10 to feel several wheels being out of position, skidding and making tracks. I was a fool to buy 2 sets. I'm sorry I can't leave negative feedback.
