The product is fine, the supplier sent a previously opened item
Although the product met my expectations as indicated in the subject, I found that parts were missing. The original packaging has obviously been opened. I discovered this when I unpacked it from the Revain packaging. I thought I checked it carefully for missing parts but apparently I didn't. The screw that attaches the pump handle to the pump was missing. As I said, I didn't discover this until trying to use it. While I take the blame for the inattentive verification, I feel that the supplier (directly or through Revain) has a duty to ensure goods are complete and intact prior to dispatch.
