Small lever arm is tricky but works great

I move half the furniture in my house to turn a room into a permanent workspace which means a lot of the furniture has to be in almost every other room in the house also be postponed. But I'm in my 60's and two of my roommates can't lift, so I needed a different solution. It's worth noting that my cats and my two chihuahuas didn't help at all and didn't even bother to stay at home. Room to mock me while I was at it. Some things, like a bed, can be disassembled, but large items such as cupboards and bookshelves cannot be disassembled completely, and even after you pull out the pieces, there may still be 100 pounds or more left over. . I have a china cabinet that I suspect weighs closer to 200 pounds. It's difficult to get a small lever under the edge of a large piece of furniture, especially on hardwood it's prone to slipping and "running away". However, I was able to do this by standing on a handle to lift the furniture, supporting it with my hands and using my foot to slide the casters underneath. In fact, moving heavy furniture should be the work of two or three people. Anyway, I was able to move the furniture I needed to move and a little lever helped me with that. It doesn't look big enough to be useful, but it does the job.
