Review on 🔘 Copper Creek CK2020BC Colonial Knob - Black, 1 Piece by Bam Reeder

I have purchased 3 doorknobs on 2 separate occasions and never received the correct latch. The product description states that the latch can have a square rounded corner or a mortise option - this is not the case as it only comes with a rounded corner. Copper Creek's website shows that the rounded tongue is removable to access the round drive in the latch, but that must be outdated information as everything under the tongue is welded in one piece and you're not just pulling the latch out be able . . I spoke to two Revain representatives but neither of them was helpful and explained that the only thing that could be done was to return the doorknobs. She didn't seem to mind that the description for this item was completely wrong. If you have latches with rounded corners this handle will suit you, if not, don't believe the picture and don't buy it.
