I love this barn door! We put it together as instructed with no issues. We did leave off the diagonal pieces on the door because we liked the look of it better with out it. We also bought a different door handle that can be used from both sides of the door. Other than that, it was great. We only had two issues with the door. 1. We thought it came with the wood to attach the rail to, but it didn't. No big deal, we just went and bought a 1x6 from Lowes and stained it the same color. And 2. We bought the door the same size as the opening we were hanging it in, and didn't realize there would be a gap on the sides where you can see through the door into the other room. For us, this isn't a super big deal either, as it was installed in a bedroom/closet. However, if I'd have realized this, I would've gotten a slightly wider door. So if you need thisbdoor to provide privacy such ad for a bathroom, go with a door a few inches wider than the opening.
