It's perfect and well calibrated, quality certificate

. It's a pretty good price compared to that cheap TDS meter under $20. I have an old cheap TDS meter that I bought from Home Depot, but the old battery was dead and bloated. Didn't know the battery cell was bad, it was pushed into the meter and the lid and battery compartment were broken. I hate those watch batteries that aren't as reliable as AAA size batteries. I had to buy a new and better TDS meter that is more accurate and lasts a long time. This Apera EC60 Tester Kit Meter can work with 4 kinds of EC, TDS, Salinity and of course Temperature. I wanted an Apera TDS meter but they were out of stock. For a few dozen, this one makes 2 extra guys. I ran several tests. Distilled Water Quality Great Value = 1.00 ppm TDSR.O. System = 20 ppm TDSR.O. boiled water = 26.9ppm TDS (not sure why slightly higher? Maybe the container we used?) fridge water filter = 294ppm TDST tap water = 306ppm TDS (I think my fridge water filter needs replacing or not working properly. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase I made. distilled water. Other features I learned from the quick laminated manual. There were 7 programs you can make. Changes like the ability to turn off/on auto lock P1, P2 leave 1 minute default/turn off/turn on, P3 - P3 change temperature coefficient and TDS coefficient for calibration, P5 change salinity measurements, P6 change temperature from Fยฐ to Cยฐ and finally P6 restore to factory settings (sa grown to factory settings) For some this might be a little overkill, but for me it's an accuracy 1% and appreciates a well-made meter, the calibration kit and durable carrying case are the perfect kit to test my home. after
