I ordered this oil filter for an oil change in my car (2004 Scion xA - 1NZFE engine) and the unit that was delivered to me did not seal properly on the clean engine oil filter mating surface (lower engine block). I myself have changed the oil countless times since owning the car (since 2004). I suspect the gasket was wrong due to the shape of the gasket. This is a half-round gasket, not a flat gasket. The shape that makes contact with the engine is a D shape, not an H shape. I have no doubts about the quality of the product but it didn't suit my application. I do not recommend it and will not buy it again.
