Very short cable. My laptop does not recognize the HDMI port.
I purchased this item to work with my Asus ASUS ZenBook UX431FA-ES51 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NZ8HBBK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_IX2jEbER0FTYK. The screen doesn't work when I connect it through the HDMI port, it works when I connect it directly to my laptop. In addition, the connection cable between the device and the laptop is very short. So you won't be able to get all the cables out of the way.
