Review on Motherbird by Joel Miranda

I have worked with mother bird for two years now as an account manager at my current agency (BBDO). They've been great to work alongside in terms of their professionalism but also because they're always willing to listen when you want them too! Sometimes it can be difficult trying get things done through email or via Skype/Facetime - sometimes there is no clarity about what's needed from one side vs another so its important that both parties communicate well enough together before starting any projects. Working remotely has helped us collaborate more effectively than working face-to-face all day every week which allows me time off during weekends etc without feeling like i'm missing out by not being physically present at the office each morning / afternoon.
