Have been using it for a week now. Works well on my wash faucet. I didn't use anything from the one that came with it except the main one. My washer faucet has strings on the outside (when the real aerator is off). I just put on a sprayer. There was no leakage at the connection (I didn't use the tape that came with it either, just a solid ring). Adjusting the aerator from flow-through to spray was a little difficult (used my fingernail a few times), especially when my hands were wet. From spray to jet - very easy. A good buy in my opinion.
