Not everything is so bad, the average purchase in quality.

Yes, it’s normal, probably, if you fix the brakes, it will be good in general. Of course, you don’t want to constantly shamanize, repair and tighten something in a new device, but the price determines your strong involvement in the process of tuning, maintenance and repair.
If everything is easily fixable, I will supplement the review, so far for a C grade, but everything is according to the classics: "Kroilovo leads to a badass."

Pros

Quickly delivered, in assembled condition, while packed in a thermofilm in its entirety, inside the box. It looks like a quality device, there are shock absorbers, brakes, which look very decent for their money. Until you open it.

Cons

The handbrake does not work. It grabs a little, almost imperceptibly, and that's it. The scooter does not slow down. I'll try to fix it when the time comes. I hope we fix it. When driving, it creaks cyclically - the brake disc, when rotating at some point, touches something, obviously the disc is bent. It's already annoying. It unfolds and develops only by a fairly strong person. Backlash in places, pull up, but again, not for the lazy. "Sat and went" will not work, in general.
