Just used this for the first time for a 10 hour pork shoulder roast at 250 and then at 450 for 15 minutes to get crispy on the outside. They usually worked at 250 for 10 hours. But after 10 minutes at 450 I opened the oven door to check the progress and smelled a very strong smell of silicone. It smelled like plastic packaging. The roast itself also had an odd aftertaste. I will never use them again and advise against buying them.
