First of all, I'm blind so I couldn't see the product image. So I figured I had a three-pin switch, and instead there are only two pins. It was disappointing. Second, one of them turned out to be shorted. It worked fine the first time, but didn't work at all the second time. After that it seemed to work, but I would rate it as a bit unreliable. However, the other two worked perfectly, so I didn't want to return the set. I really wish the product description said it was only two prongs. Someone mentioned in one of the reviews that you can't plug them into the same outlet. However, I did not find this to be the case, at least with the sockets I used, it was no problem to put one on top and one on the bottom. Maybe it depends on the age of your outlet.
