The toaster itself seems fine. Does what a toaster should and looks good. My only concern is that the warranty has expired. This was not printed on the packaging or stated in the instruction manual. There is no website, no email address, no phone number to contact them if needed. The web domain Cotomier.com is for sale. I seriously don't know how to rate this. I will probably increase my rating if I get a satisfactory response from the seller. Purchase at your own risk. I worked with a seller who was willing to solve my problems. I was told there is a 1 year guarantee and they can be contacted through Revain. I believe this is a start-up trying to iron out some of the excesses. My toaster lasted less than a week and it toasts unevenly so I can't give it a good rating.
