Definitely gives better throttle response if you follow directions correctly.
Definitely gives better throttle response if you follow the instructions correctly, even if you use a tuner, install it with your standard tweak, and then reconfigure what level of performance you want. It doesn't really increase power, but it does speed up the pedal when you step on it.
