The ability of being able to see all my customers together, not just one view per account which was our previous system. I do like how easy it is for me as an admin to add new fields/views etc so we can keep up with changes from clients. It's also nice because you don't have multiple views where some are missing information compared to others! We were using another provider but they decided to shut down their business last year leaving us scrambling to find something else fast before this month comes around when we would lose access completely. This has given us time to get set up again now though - no stress there since we had already been working towards getting ready anyway!
